Charlene Bower has been working in the offroad industry for 27 years starting with changing dirt bike tires, managing multi-line powersports dealerships, and working for 2 offroad magazines before starting her own business Bower Motorsports Media 13 years ago. Bower Media is the backdrop for some of the most successful offroad companies, racers and events in the industry. 6 years ago Charlene diversified into starting Ladies Offroad Network which is 100% education for ladies in all aspects of offroading.

Charlene is currently on the Board of Directors for Tread Lightly and the SEMA Business Women’s Network. She has been honored by the Offroad Motorsport Hall of Fame in 2016 as the Industry Rising Star and in 2018 with the Advocacy Impact Award. She is a BFGoodrich Tires Performance Team Member since 2014 and International 4 Wheel Drive Training Certified Trainer since 2017. She also has some notable event finishes including 1st place in 2016 Rebelle Rally and 2 time King of the Hammers Backdoor Challenge fastest girl, plus other 1st and 2nd podium finishes.
