2016 Jeep Wrangler X — G Coughlin

This has been a work in progress and a big change is coming the winter of 2026.
Currently a 2006 Jeep TJ.
Current modifications include from the following manufactures.
Metal Cloak: 3.5" short arm long travel suspension, front over line fenders with 6" flares, rock rails, rear 6" wider fenders, oil an skid plate, rear spring relocation bracket and front duraflex bracket and bushings.
Under Cover Fabworks: Transmission and transfer case skid plate with UCF LOPRO Trans. Mount. This gives is a true flat belly without the need for a body lift. Some strategic tub massaging with a hammer is required.
Steinjager:Transfer Case shift linkage. Must do this before or with the UCF belly pan.
Front axle: 2003 Jeep Rubicon D44 with locker from rear D44. Custom blood pressure cuff bubble pump actuator.
Rear axle: 1999 Ford Explorer 8.8 with TruTrac limited slip and ARTEC Truss.
Motobilt: Gas tank skid plate
Winch: Warn VR12000lb winch with synthetic rope.
Smittybilt: SRC Front Stinger Bumper.
FOX: FOX 2.0 Shock all the way around, including the steering stabilizer.

The Jeep is built to drive to Hot Springs Off-road park and back home after 3-4 days of wheeling. I have a few 4s and 5s at the park I like to do. I am also a Jeep Jamboree guide.
Planned for the winter of 2026 is cutting the back half of the Jeep off and replacing everything from a donor LJ. I will also be doing a rear triangulated long arm at the same time.
