2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Willys ’41
The Willys ’41 special edition honors the Wrangler’s ancestor, the battle-tested Willys MB who served in World War II.
The Willys ’41 wears a unique olive green paint inspired by the U.S. Army hue and decals that emulate the stenciling seen on classic army vehicles.
The special edition is powered by the 4xe plug-in-hybrid powertrain and starts at $61,825.
The special edition draws inspiration from the Jeep ’41 concept revealed at the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, in 2022.
Sprinkled across the exterior are an array of callbacks to the original Jeep, stylized to mimic the factory stenciling that appeared on U.S. Army vehicles during the war. A light blue decal along the side of the hood reads “WILLYS / 4XE,” a black hood decal bears the “’41,” and a blue “4XE” decal sits below the left-side taillight.

Giving Thanks for the Jeepin’ community
Giving thanks this time of year is easy to do now before we all get busy with our obligations of the upcoming holiday season. I am sharing some things I am thankful for.
I am very thankful for the JTS team (Tony & Larry and the Behind-the-Scenes JTS crew) and the Chic Chat crew (Amanda & I are co-hosts every other Monday) and I’m thankful that I get to share my Newbie Nuggets ideas for the new jeepers listening. Of course, the JTS show wouldn’t be the same without YOU the listener. Thank you for coming back week after week and catching any one of 5 episodes a week. YEP, you heard it right 5 episodes!! You make it fun and exciting to show up every week and create content that is helpful and entertaining. Getting to meet and wheel with listeners is an extra bonus that I look forward to.
I am really thankful to my Husband Bill and to Don Alexander for all the knowledge they have imparted and guidance in all things Jeep-related. It’s because of Don that I met Tony and thus am on the show. Funny how things work out like that.
I’m also thankful that our Jeep – we wouldn’t have met all the amazing people in this great community. Jeeping has opened so many doors for me that I had no idea were possible. The places we have gone, the trails we’ve blazed and the amount of people we’ve met and remain in contact with are almost mind-boggling when I think about it.
What are you thankful for? The Jeep community is a strong group of Jeep owners that share a bond, whether we know each other or not. what is your favorite wheeling?
I have been fortunate to wheel all over this country.
That means something different to everyone. I don’t do the high horsepower on 40’s wheeling, not that I wouldn’t like to. My JLU is on 35’s and a 3.5” lift, and I drive it to the trail and back home.
I have found that I’m not that fond of mud, or at least the cleanup after.
Some of the trails and parks are geared up around camping, like the upper peninsula in Michigan.
There are parks like Wind Rock in Tennessee and SMORR in Missouri that offer plenty of variety and challenging trails. Both can go from mild to wild.
Many of us have been to Hidden Falls in Texas for the JTS events, plenty of trails and they also have great amenities.
But as you start wheeling more out west the offroad parks are very rare, most of those trails are in wide open areas and mountain passes. Most of those are on BLM. there are plenty of challenging trails, but if you enjoy mountain views and shelf roads there is nothing like wheeling out west.
I have been fortunate to have got to wheel with Wendy, Bill, and Don Alexander on the beautiful trails there in Big Baer California. Wheeling in the mountains is sometimes hard to keep focus with all the scenery.
Now I am looking forward to getting back into the mountains, I couldn’t join the team this year.
