Episode Transcript

[00:00:00:02 – 00:00:02:14]
Audio boys and girls is time for another Jeep talk show interview.

[00:00:02:14 – 00:00:05:04]
(Explosion)

[00:00:05:04 – 00:00:21:10]
being put out for the surgery, Dennis. I was just telling Dennis about my gallbladder surgery, making him feel bad for me before we start. So he’ll be kind to me and understand. I learned way more than I wanted to know. Yeah, that’s right.

[00:00:22:19 – 00:00:38:01]
Anyway, more medical issues towards the end of the show. Dennis at TeraFlex has been a disappointment on social media for over 15 years now. Good for you. Whatever you do, do it the best you can.

[00:00:39:03 – 00:01:07:03]
That really says a lot about jeepers and their willingness to plow through what would nearly be impossible for a regular person to endure, let alone understand. Being a part of the industry whose goal is to bring fun. I love this. Bring fun and excitement to friends and family as they get out and enjoy their jeeps is what keeps them going. The guy just doesn’t seem to know when to quit. Well, as long as the company doesn’t ask you to quit, you’re winning.

[00:01:09:06 – 00:01:40:19]
So I love that because that’s exactly right. You’re in an industry that is, I mean, jeeps can be maddening. They can be very frustrating. They can absolutely be a pain in the ass when the day the 35 finally blows up. But it’s not anything. It’s really all about fun. It’s not like we’re making a living doing this stuff. I mean, you are and I am to a degree by what we choose to do the show and you working at TeraFlex, but ultimately you’re, you’re, it’s, it’s almost like being, uh, being Santa all year long.

[00:01:42:14 – 00:03:12:25]
Yeah, no, I, that’s totally what keeps me going. You know, we go to events and shows, even, you know, even when you’re standing there at a booth and people come by and you talk, it’s just fun to talk to people and you know, they, they tell you about their builds. They’re always excited about their jeeps and, and it’s, it’s just fun to hear, you know, like, yeah, I just picked up a DJ and what I plan on doing is, uh, putting a set of 44s on it. I’m thinking about putting, uh, you know, uh, Tammy in it and I’m going to run, you know, so everybody has these lofty goals and I’m just like, that’s awesome. Yeah. Come back next year and tell me how far along you are. When she gets your two inch kit on it, let me know. Yeah. And you got to figure Dana 30 upfront, uh, high opinion, if you’re lucky and Dana 35 in the rear 44s, you could take out a city block with that configuration when the 35 goes. Um, so, oh, and I’ll tell everybody real quick, a tera flex.com. Like you don’t already know, uh, Tara flex.com is where you go and have a look at the goodies and, uh, see some of the shenanigans that Dennis is part of. You guys got the YouTube videos up there at the site or do you have to go to a YouTube? Yeah. They’re on the, they’re linked to the site. They’re also like, like a lot of the products we just did a, we got a new website that just kind of went live here just a week or so ago. And you know, website launches usually go perfectly and that’s exactly where we’re at.

[00:03:13:28 – 00:03:53:26]
So we have a few issues we’re dealing with on it. So we have to apologize for that, but it’s, it’s got some, some, some good points to it. It’s going to speed things up and to get all the bugs worked out. I think it’ll be a good, good improvement for us. It’s easy to find people to do the website. It’s hard to find people to test it, uh, cause programmers don’t like testing anything. They want to write it and move on to something else. Here’s what you do. You do yourself a black Friday sale and then you run it for a few days and then you launch your website in the middle of it. That way you get a lot of people that come on and check it out. So we had a few issues there, but it all worked out. That’s good.

[00:03:54:28 – 00:05:11:08]
Well, some, you mentioned black Friday and I think black Friday did very well for the, for the country this year, um, better like seven, five to 7% more over a last year. Of course I think last year, I don’t think last year was, was wonderful, but I could be wrong. So, uh, but the problem is, is that whenever you get more, more traffic than what the, the server or servers are designed to handle, then you can have issues. Uh, the, I mean, the software may be working perfectly fine, but the hardware isn’t set up robust enough to handle the traffic. So if you were having issues because of traffic, that’s good. I mean, you never want to pistol customer off, but, but having too much for the hardware to handle is, is, is kind of good news. I just hope that people coming on the site have, have more patience than I do. I’ll get on a site. I was trying to buy some, they had guitar strings on sale, you know, so I’m like, I’ll just get some of these better. You know, after about 15 minutes, I’m like, Amazon, I hate Amazon, but I buy Amazon stuff all the time. They, they do it right. I mean, they’ve got the, they got the delivery stuff. You really don’t have a problem with, with buying the stuff that you want and boom, it shows up at your door. Uh, they’re evil. I mean, they, they have really done a lot of damage to the retail industry, but I mean,

[00:05:12:13 – 00:05:17:09]
if they figured it out, somebody else can figure it out too. Yeah. Yeah. We’d hope.

[00:05:18:10 – 00:06:40:09]
And they, and they haven’t, I mean, well, a lot of businesses, and I’m sure you guys had to change, uh, like probably shipping because people want that fast shipping. So I’m sure Terraflix had to figure out a way to get this, get the shipping, uh, get the parts to people that they wanted. Now you guys sell big, heavy stuff so that I think people understand it’s going to take a little while longer. Yeah. You’re not going to get it, you know, like it just amazed me. I’ll order something at eight o’clock Friday night and it’s there Saturday morning. You know, it’s like, yeah, that’s Amazon. That’s not us. It takes just a little longer than that to get them rolling. But what they did teach us is that we got to have free shipping. So cause you know, I do the same thing. I guess what do you mean you’re adding shipping? No, we’re all trained. I hate shipping. See, I hate it. I will look someplace else if they’re, I mean, uh, well recently, you know, about gatekeeper off road and those, uh, those pods that you could put on the, uh, the axle, I mean, on the, the, the hubs. And uh, I’ve, I’ve wanted those things cause I’m a light nut. I just love lights. People give me a hard time. Uh, and I thought this would be really cool. And actually I think it was practical from the standpoint of fog. Anyway, I, I would have been looking at the gatekeeper off road knuckle pod mounts for a while and they’re a little over a hundred bucks and I saw that $20 shipping on it. Hell no. I’m not going to pay 20 bucks for shipping.

[00:06:41:25 – 00:06:54:23]
Yeah. So they had a sale and it actually brought it down and paid for the shipping. The broad actually brought the price of the item down a little bit. It’s the psychology of the customer is what it amounts to. Is.

[00:06:55:25 – 00:07:51:26]
All right. So, uh, this is, this is a long drawn out interview. I mean, not interview intro. So I just want to mention if you guys are, I would like to see some, some past interviews with, uh, with Dennis listener here, our watch are here, uh, November 8th, 2024. So it’s been a little over a year since you were last on, at least for what I could research. Uh, I mean, I just went to the website, Jeep talk show.com and did a search for, uh, Dennis, uh, TerraFlex. And, uh, so, uh, November 8th interview with Dennis of TerraFlex February 9th, 2024, Dennis would terraflex.com. That was actually back when we were posting the episode numbers. That was 981. This is around 1398, I believe is what this is going to be. So we’re getting really close to 14. That’s just amazing. A lot of, a lot of people try to do this. A lot of people don’t do this. So good for you. That’s good. Well, with the amount of advertisers we have, it’s hard to keep going.

[00:07:52:27 – 00:08:53:10]
Well, we do have one real truck and they’ve been, uh, they’ve been great for several years, uh, keeping us going every other month. So it is nice. Yeah. And then on November 25th, 2022, uh, also, uh, the episode number was 7 1 7 Dennis. You’ve been here quite a bit. Again, go to terraflex.com. Yeah, it’s great. Uh, I mean, I remember, uh, the first time you were on, you were, uh, a little, uh, uh, like he didn’t know what to expect, you know, what’s, what’s this chuckle head going to do? I mean, and I, and I think at least reading your, your questions and your face, you were like, well, that wasn’t so bad. That was pretty good. This guy can does. All right. Well, I’ve, my wife still gets pissed off because I can talk to people about Jeeps and ham radio and stuff. And I’m very friendly and talkative, but in person, I don’t have anything that did anything in common with you. What am I going to talk to you about? And it’s just, she hates that I can, the neighbor, the neighbor actually said, I saw Tony on YouTube. He’s friendly.

[00:08:57:26 – 00:09:10:15]
It’s hilarious. Yeah. So I said, no, I’m not friendly, but I’m doing the show. I it’s just, I’ll, it’s all about commonality. You have something that you can talk to somebody about that’s in the same wheelhouse that you’re in. So.

[00:09:12:03 – 00:10:58:01]
All right. So, uh, we were talking before we started recording and you have a couple of items, uh, that you were telling me about, uh, the air deflators. I’d like to understand more about the air deflators. I mean, I think we all know about airing down for going off road, getting better traction, but what does the air flaters do? Cause I think you said you could just put them on there and leave them on. Yeah. So the deal was we did our Nomad wheels and also our Olympus B locks. You know, they have that air down build into them. So you just pull up, crack that valve and you preset it to whatever you want it to drop down to when it stops, close it back up and away you go. So everybody’s out dragging out hoses and doing all this stuff. And we’re just your air down in 30 seconds. You know, nothing to find. Nothing to find is right there. Yeah. It’s already on the wheel. So people are like, yeah, I love those, but I also love my wheels. I want to keep my wheels. So we said, okay, we can, we can do that. So our engineers did a sitting here that did these little guys. They’re actually a just a replacement valve stem. So that’s the, the nut that goes, you know, your wheels going to go in between there. So that guy just clamps in there and it just replaces your valve stem. That’s the little bracket for your TPMS sensor. So that’s all there. It’s got a big hole through the bottom of it. So it can really let some air out. That thing can come out fast. Then upon the top here, this is just a, that’s just a valve stem cap is all that is so air up time comes. You just air it up with that guy. But, um, when you, when you want to air it down, all you do is just grabs the outside of this thing. You don’t have to take the cap on or off or anything. It’s just sitting there in your wheel. That guy’s sitting out there with his attractive red knob and these actual.

[00:10:59:13 – 00:11:02:09]
What are those altitude demorication lines on there?

[00:11:03:21 – 00:11:36:12]
But anyway, all you do is crank that open. Boom. There comes gushing out from around the inside of that. And it comes out of there hard and fast. And then it’ll stop at whatever pressure you set it at. So you set your pressure at 15. It’ll go to 15 and it shuts off really quick. It’s impressive how quick it just shuts right at 15. And then you just put her back down tight. If you don’t tighten them back up, you’re fine. I won’t let it out. But trouble is, is every time you hit a bump on the trail, it increases the air pressure in the tires. So it’s, it’s going to burp out some air.

[00:11:37:17 – 00:12:49:15]
I wonder how I know this. I was going to ask, can you just leave them open? And I’m glad you said that because that would be, I could see an accidentally leaving them open, like what you’re talking about. I would have to mind down one wire. It’s always just one, you know, I leave it open and so on. And you don’t have any idea which one it is either. It’s just, my best is on the dash. You’re like, Oh crap, you got eight pounds in the left rear. Like, Oh, so, but it stopped today. This low as it had goes. So at least it didn’t flatten me out. But anyway, yeah, close them back up when you’re done. But that’s just a, just a really cool little part to just, uh, uh, replace your valve stem so it does require breaking down the tire cause you’re going to just place the valve stem. And there it is. But now from now on, you got, it’s in your wheel. You pull up to the, to the trailhead, crack that open to stops where you said it, tighten her back up and away you go. That’s so simple. Your spouse could do it. I mean, I can imagine, well, I don’t know. I’m not, I did not say that. Well, I mean, that’s one of the things that if you’re not interested in this stuff, but like, uh, well you tell me, uh, in, uh, maybe you know, in a snow, uh, ice, uh, snow environment, does airing down help?

[00:12:50:25 – 00:13:44:16]
Oh, for sure. Big time. Having that bigger footprint. Yeah. I’m in Southeast Texas, so I don’t know. Um, so it just floats from, it’s like sand, you know what? It really, really helps. So if your, if your spouse has an easy way to, you know, maybe she took the Jeep, the highly modified Jeep, because it’s, it’s dangerous outside. And now you have a way that you just tell her just to turn that thing. And I mean, she could leave it on, you know, you have to turn it off and, uh, and it could actually help her get back. If you didn’t think to do it before. Now, when she gets home, she’s going to say, why didn’t you air me down before? Why did I have to get outside and break a nail? So, uh, yeah. Anyway, that’s, that’s, that’s a possibility. I think that’s great. Anytime we can make things simpler, uh, for, uh, the spouse to, and it could be either way, I mean, there’s women out there that are the primary wheelers of, uh, of the family. Yeah.

[00:13:45:20 – 00:13:52:09]
That’s why I say spouse. And I mean, I want to say ladies because that’s generally the way it goes, but it’s not always the way it goes.

[00:13:53:26 – 00:14:11:28]
Wow. I just, I just showed my, my, uh, yeah. When you just said spouse, I immediately think, Oh, it’s the lady. Yeah. So they’re like, Ooh, spouse could be either sex or the same sex, Dennis. We’re in, this is 20, this is the 21st century, Dennis.

[00:14:13:11 – 00:14:48:19]
I’ll dare you. I’m having trouble being there. Yeah. I know what you mean. All right. So that’s the, uh, the air deflators. Those are really cool. And, uh, you have a nomad wheels, you say that have the, uh, the built-in and these will work on there. Yeah. So they’re like, it’s a bigger knob on those, but it’s just has one that lets the air out and the other one needs to take the cap off and let’s put the air back in. Oh, okay. We have those on the nomad, the split spoke, then also on our B lock wheels. Just has any of our wheels have those air downs built into them. So air downtime and you’re like, you’re back to the front of the line.

[00:14:49:19 – 00:15:09:11]
Yeah. Um, so you just need to add LEDs and Bluetooth and then you’ll really have something there. The kids will love that. Um, so, uh, also to you mentioned, uh, ball joints for the day in the sixties. And you’ve had the ball joints, uh, for, uh, like the 44s and, uh, the other axles prior to this, but now you have the, have them for the sixties.

[00:15:10:15 – 00:16:18:14]
Yeah. That, um, the 60, that was one that, uh, you know, the sixties, well, you know, there’s a lot of manufacturers that build the 60 axles, you know, there’s a lot of good axles out there, but most of us are using the same ball joints. We just use the Spicer. It’s the same ball joints to use an F you know, I have two fifties and all. It’s just a Ford ball joint. And, uh, most of the time it’s all good, but I was out in my, uh, my LJ. And you know, it’s on 42s and you know, it’s a six two in it and all that, blah, blah, blah, I’m going up this thing. And, um, actually I was going down, but it just kind of bound the wheel. And then it just, I popped a U joint in that left front tire. And when that U joint broke, it rotated around and it just caught on the, the, the knuckle and just pulled that thing up and just, well, like a ball joint. Okay. So the ball joint bolts from there, but there’s just a ball inside of here. So it can rotate. So it just ripped that thing out, upper and lower.

[00:16:19:18 – 00:16:20:12]
And that happens.

[00:16:22:05 – 00:16:47:26]
It’s catastrophic failures. Well, absolutely. That’s when your tire falls off. I’m just letting there go and you’ve got to be kidding me. So now I’m, I’m down in San Hello by, um, whatever St. George down there. And I’m thinking, do I call my buddy Matt over there at Matt’s recovery to come and pull me out? I’m like, I am not going to be his number one highest rated. Yeah. That’s the problem.

[00:16:48:27 – 00:16:51:01]
And he’d show up in a Bronco or something.

[00:16:53:13 – 00:18:09:22]
So I was close enough that I could get the trailer to it. And it’s if reading took us for like four hours to pull that thing up on the trailer and then then your axles hanging, you know, on the bolt, you know, go, it was a nightmare. It’s just, you don’t want those breaking. So anyways, they did this time so that this, you see that little set screw in there. That set screw, uh, is just holding this, this ring. Where did I put this guy on the, and if you guys are listening to the show, you need to be on YouTube or rumble or Spotify so you can see what, so see what we’re looking at here. Yeah. Okay. So anyway, the set screw, the ball joint itself, instead of just having a crimped lip up here that keeps the ball from pulling out, that was the problem. I had to just pull it past that crimp. So now we’ve threaded them in and we give you this little tool so that, uh, you can adjust the torque on them and just tighten that thing in. So now that’s threaded. There is no way that thing’s pulling out of there. So it just up my insurance. I always think it’s a personal thing. You know, we got this for me so that my ball joints don’t pull it. Hey, the best products, the best products are made for the, the people that are out there using it. So this is, this is good. Yeah.

[00:18:11:10 – 00:18:34:28]
And if they, if you do where, you know, you got big honking tires and you’re beating the death out, you can just loosen a set screw, grab that little wrench we give you and just tighten that up a little bit, tighten that back up. You don’t even have to take your tire off. Everybody’s like, Oh, we have all joints that you can rebuild and you can do that. Who wants to rebuild all that? Just tighten them up a little bit and move on with your life.

[00:18:35:29 – 00:21:08:12]
So down through the bottom. So I’m sure these things are heavy duty. They probably don’t have a plastic ball in them or do they? No. Yeah. I didn’t know they’re, that’s why they’re greaseable. Um, there’s a, there’s a tool, still wear plate in there and a ball so that that, that pivots in there. So it’s, they are kind of sensitive. If a guy gets on there and just animals out and cranks down that, that, uh, preload or the, what keeps it together in there, you can actually bind them up so hard that you will lose return to center. You know, it’ll go to the wheel and you just keep going left. You can turn it to the right. So you can really cinch them up. So I was just cinch them back them up just a snatch, tighten up your little nut there, where you go. So it’s really easy to do. So it sounds like you would, uh, you would be able to notice maybe tighter, tighter steering and, uh, more, uh, better feel of, uh, the road and off-road. Uh, would this be something that you would put on a daily driver? Cause many of us have daily driver and off-road warrior weekend warrior. Just put a set in my, uh, my JL. So I have a JL and an LJ and dyslexia. Oh, I hate that. I screw that up all the time. So yeah, I was so my jail is my daily driver. It’s on forties and sixties as well, but yeah, we totally just put these in it. So when I want to trail run or something, that’s, I drive it to the trail. I run it. I’ve just got that insurance back with me, but what’s cool about these two is it’s same ballroom because it does is just a Spicer replacement joint. Uh, four trucks all over the place, you know, up and down the years can use them. Uh, a lot of the other axles, other 60 axles that are out there. You don’t need that. Um, yeah. I mean, I’m sure Spicer has lots to do, lots to do already. Uh, they’re doing a bang up business in general, but, uh, I wonder why Spicer has never come out with anything like this. It seems like it would be, I think the differences is they are, there’s as a, uh, just mount it and forget it. So that’s the majority. Yeah. The majority of the people that’s going to be fine. Cause not everybody’s crazy and changing axles and everything else. So, uh, I mean, it’s good. It leaves something there for the aftermarket. Um, so all of these, all these same features are the same features that are in the 44 of all joints and the 30 ball joints as well. So all those same things, cause that man, those JKs and JLs, they’ll do that same thing, they, you join breaks, it dismounts your knuckle tire falls off.

[00:21:09:18 – 00:22:19:04]
And yeah, not a good situation. I mean, anytime you can’t get back home, um, without a lot of help. Uh, so the, uh, and I would assume that you would install these ball joints, it’s like you would any other ball joint, but, but the idea is, is that you wouldn’t have to replace them in the future. Right. Right. Yeah. No, I, I’ll put those in and, and you want to stay on them. If they do start feeling loose, just cinch it a little. You could, I remember I had a guy that had put a set in way back and he just ran them and ran them and then he’s like, man, these things are about ready to fall out, but I went to try to adjust them and I couldn’t adjust it. Well, he ran it so long that, you know, he’d just made a groove. Yeah. Yeah. Whatever the ball and socket wasn’t fitting tight anymore. It wasn’t fitting right. You know, so you could just me collect it and wear them out for sure. But, uh, yeah, if you just stay on the greasing and you do need to grease them. So just grease them with oil changes and you’ll be good to go. But I mean, like you said earlier, it’s something you have to even take the tire off for, so I’m sure you can grease them and adjust them. Uh, and I would assume that you don’t have to drive it when you adjust it. You just tighten it up and back it off a little bit and you’re done.

[00:22:20:11 – 00:23:11:07]
You see right in there, there’s a little, there’s a lip seal in there, a double lip seal, so there’s not even a boot to have to worry about. Cracking out on you and stuff. It’s just a seal down there because we need to be able to move that around. So, so it’s a little lip seal in there. No boot. Just, uh, push it in, push the, it’ll push the grease out. Kind of so you can see that you’ve got a grease. So, so, so I would assume, I would assume that you got them for the, the thirties, the 44s, the sixties. Uh, that pretty, pretty much covers all the Jeep stuff. That’s pretty much it. Yeah. Uh, Bronco too, though. We got them for the Bronco as well. Oh, that’s right. I wanted to talk to you about that. We beat up on the Bronco the last time. I remember that that was fun. Uh, I was still surprised that you guys are selling Bronco parts and you were beaten up on Broncos. You were timid about it at the start before you guys really got involved.

[00:23:13:02 – 00:23:25:13]
But I mean, there’s nothing wrong with the Broncos to me. They’re just not Jeeps. That’s fine. But, but you guys have a fix for that independent front wheel steering that, uh, Bronco is well known for. Uh, it’s the tie rod replacements.

[00:23:26:22 – 00:23:34:11]
I always say that the Broncos are not a Jeep and they’re like, well, they didn’t want to Jeep. That’s why they bought a Bronco.

[00:23:35:25 – 00:24:31:18]
I’m like, okay, you’re right. I wanted something that floated down the road and felt all comfy and was too wide for trails. Yeah. That’s fine. You can have what you want, but it does. They ride really nice and all that. You do a little work on them and I’m, I’m surprised how capable they actually are, you know, you, you have to, it’s just like a Jeep. You know, the stock one doesn’t do that well, but we throw money at it. And all of a sudden, okay, I know this is working pretty good. So you have that same thing with the Broncos. You can throw some parts at them and it’s like, okay, this is, this is working pretty well. I mean, look at the guys that, well, they do more than throw parts at them when they run king of the hammers was when they put trophy trucks under a Bronco body, but that’s another story. Here’s the steering wheel down move everything over here and everything back under the steering wheel. Yeah. So, uh, the, uh, you guys have tie rod replacements, which is the thing that breaks that causes the steering to go wonky one, one tire can’t go. I could not.

[00:24:32:25 – 00:25:55:25]
How easily those tie rod breaks was just jaw dropping to me. And we might’ve talked about this. I’m just, I was going up a hill in the Bronco. We’re just doing a little photo shoot. I’m like, uh, it’s kind of holding me up. Well, I’m just going to back up a little bit and go over here. As I rolled back, uh, I could, these guys go, Hey, you just broke a tire rod. I’m like, I just coasted backwards. Not, I did not. And they’re like it. I look out there, you had swinging. I’m like, ah, crap. So it’s, it’s just, especially backing and turning seems to be really hard on them, which is exactly what I was doing. But we’ll see that there, that just makes me scared for the rest of the engineering. If something that critical is because steering is important. If you’re driving a vehicle steering is important front words are backwards. So, and then that’s what makes me nervous about the overall engineering of this for, hopefully that’s just the one thing. They seem to be holding up pretty good. You know, the guys that are out there, I, I’ve wheeled with a few of them and, and we’ve got a couple of them here that we wheel with and I’m like, all right, it’s, but it’s like driving a side by side. It’s just different, you know, you’ll, where we’re driving over rocks and I’m all proud cause my, I just drove over that two foot boulder and my hood didn’t even move, you know, I just flexed over it and I was like, cool. The Bronco guys will go over it and they’re just like, hanging one tire. You know, the other one was just hanging in the air. It’s like wheeling a renegade.

[00:25:57:08 – 00:26:39:08]
But they still made the same obstacle, but it’s just different. You know, so yeah, I don’t know. I kind of led. All right. All right. It works. You know, you like them. Hey, yeah, what you like. I’m with you. But anyway, so we did, let’s go ahead and ask me. I was just going to say, so you have the, the, the replacement tie rods. And I’d asked you earlier if, uh, if you could, uh, if they were easy to replace and you said, absolutely. And, uh, uh, that’s wonderful. I mean, if you can have a part that’s going to not break, uh, and then you can break anything, of course, but not break like the factory originals. Uh, I think it’s wonderful. And I don’t like it personally because I can’t tease the Bronco owners as much. If they’ve, if they’ve already fixed the problem.

[00:26:40:23 – 00:30:32:17]
Well, we made it this, this same concept, the adjustability in the, in the tie rod itself, the joined on it. So it has that feature to it. And then it’s obviously a much heavier rod so that when it goes into the steering rack, cause the tie rods actually just screw into the steering rack. Um, it’s just, it’s like, you know, it’s like a whatever Honda or something. That’s how they work. Anybody that has, uh, the, this, this independent steering like that has to use a rack. So anyway, so that, uh, rack and opinion, they call it. So anyway, that guy, uh, you take that out, put the whole new tire on. It’s much bigger, but when you do that, um, now all of the, all of the weak link over here, the fuse is gone and you’re transferring that load into the steering rack where you don’t want to trash your steering rack because that’s really expensive and, uh, yeah, you’re not going to fix that so fast. So anyway, we found that you’re putting those in and where the, uh, where the, the rack and pinion has that shaft that travels back and forth. It’s kind of a worm gear set on them. They just roll back and forth, uh, as that would come out and your heavy tire rod is working on it, it would actually load so hard into that, uh, rack and pinion that the shaft in the pinion would flex up and down. And when that’s flexing, your gear engagement isn’t right on it. So you can actually, you know, start doing damage to the teeth as well as, as bending the rack. And so they were, some of them were damaging racks on it. So we did a, we did a little kit that you can, uh, we just add this bushing. So it goes right in the very end of the steering rack so that your, your steering shaft comes out of here. Then your tire rod’s tied to that. So it’s traveling back and forth of this guy. So this bushing, all it does is make it so that that shaft inside your steering rack can’t deflect. It just holds it into place. Just doesn’t let it move on down. There’s a, there’s a couple of them on the market. One of them’s a plastic one. Somebody else made a, just a metal one somewhere, but they’re just getting horrendous amounts of money for them. So this is a really inexpensive little part, but it’s made out of, um, oil, light bronze. So it’s, I like to say it’s oil and brag knitted bronze, as we say in the industry. So that’ll keep it from, uh, binding up and gives it lubrication on it. So it’s just a quick and easy little fix to a lot of guys have already bought tire rods, but when they bought their tire rod, they don’t come with this. Our tire rods all come with this bushing. And if you need it, you use it. If you don’t, I don’t know, sell it to your buddy, whatever. But we just leave them with all of them. So, uh, when you said fused, I went, Oh, of course they may have, they may have done the tie rods that way for the other things that cause issues with, uh, cause it’s a lot more expensive, uh, you know, for the, the other components. So this is great. Now you can still have an issue with, uh, what’d you call it? The rack and pinion, uh, the steering box. Uh, you could, you could still have a problem with that. Or is that the thing that the worm gear was going into? That’s the rack and pinion. So that’s that piece that we just added that bushing to. We put it in the end of that rack and pinion to help that. So that should keep the heavier duty tie rod from damaging the steering mechanism. Okay. Good. Yeah. Well, good. I like that because you’ve solved the issue, but Ford would have had to, uh, uh, pay for two, two parts, uh, probably more expensive for the tie rod. So this is probably why they didn’t do it. It breaks. It’s easy to realize process. Yeah. Why wouldn’t they just do this? Well, it was more money, you know, and you give that over a million vehicles.

[00:30:33:18 – 00:30:41:11]
Yes. And I’m sure the weight of the, the, the heavy duty tie rod costs you 0.0001 miles per gallon.

[00:30:44:09 – 00:31:40:23]
So they actually came out the newer like oath, uh, oh one, I guess when they also one, they came out. Yeah. Oh, one to 2023 is pretty much the, the smaller that need this, this bushing put in them. Then after that, they started, uh, some of the higher end, they did this, they call it a Hoss steering H O S S Hoss steering and suspension. So it has better shocks and suspension and a heavier whole rack and pinion and tie rods are all bigger. And so they they’re offering it as a, as a beefed up unit. So a lot of the guys that are, you know, all locked up and all that have probably got the heavier steering system in them. So it helps. And I’ll just say, I think Ford makes good stuff. They know how to engineer things. Sometimes mistakes are made or sometimes decisions. And I think this happens more often than not. Decisions are made in meetings, uh, that are dumb.

[00:31:41:29 – 00:32:08:25]
Uh, and, uh, this is all, this is all companies when people get involved that note, don’t know what the hell they’re talking about from an engineering perspective. So I’m sure Ford engineers are great. And I’m sure somebody was raising holy hell about the tie rods. Uh, so don’t get me wrong. I think, I mean, I love, uh, for, for like a tow rig or just a truck. I love Ford trucks, uh, used to anyway. I don’t know so much about the ones these days, but, uh, you know, from the nineties, the cross the board anymore.

[00:32:10:13 – 00:32:59:29]
All right. So that’s pretty cool. Uh, I mean, I love the ball joints idea. If you have any, uh, if you’ve done any off-roading and especially if you have larger tires, you learn that eventually, uh, wheel bearings and ball joints are going to be an issue. So, uh, yeah, so it’s, it’s great. Oh, that’s why I’m sorry. I’m a backup a little bit. I forgot about the ball joints. I, uh, I’ve had an issue with, um, uh, the ball joints on my XJ. I replaced them and I think they had, um, some sort of knurling or something on the ball joint itself to fit tighter. And then whenever those went bad, I think they were synergies that, uh, just pissed me off, they didn’t last nearly as long for that. I thought they should. And I went to put spices back in it. This good old spices and it just slid in.

[00:33:02:11 – 00:34:50:27]
Yeah. Yeah. A lot of them were only offering neural ball joints. So we, we offered a neural and a non neural. You only want to use a neural ball joint as a last resort because once you do that in early, then that’s all you can use. And you’re going to have to start going bigger and bigger. Cause that, it, that inner C it, it just takes out the press fit on it. So, um, yeah, unless it’s loose, you don’t use a knurled once you have, there you are. So the ball joints that you guys are selling, you have knurled or do you have sizes, different sizes, both, both options, you can do a neural or a non neural, so we always just always just go with the non neural, unless someone has an issue with my ball joints or just falling in and out of the seat, they’re not holding, okay, use these. Right. Yeah. Um, and I, I mean, I’m sure that’s not the only press fit out there, but I always hated the idea of a press fit because if you’re keeping something for a long time and you’re putting a lot of, um, let’s say effort on it with bigger tires and so on and so forth, especially if you use wheel spacers and now you’re putting that, uh, the extra torque on them. It’s just, I just said to me, is this a bad idea? I don’t know how you’d put up some sort of nut or something, but on the, on the sixties, we just cut a ring into it and we have a big old snap ring that goes on. I like that. So that just, just, just another level of insurance, keep them in there. So, all right. And, uh, I think we talked last time about the coilovers and, uh, how, how the callovers doing, I think I remember you saying that the thing that was, I mean, they’re wonderful, but the really cool thing was they’re not noisy. You don’t have to deal with a bunch of clacking and, and, and, and weird stuff. And I believe they were easily easy to adjust.

[00:34:52:07 – 00:37:20:10]
Yeah. Yeah. There’s a, that, that was always my beef with coilovers. You’re just getting the rig and it’s bong. You hear the spring blowing. Cause as they, as the springs compress, they have to rotate. Cause there’s two different rates, springs that you’re dealing with. So one will twist at a different rate than the other. So that’s why we have to have a, uh, that slider has actually a set of bearings between it. So they just quietly roll on roller bearings, no noise. And then the slider, we don’t have threads up and down the body of the coil over cause none of that goes, you’re going up and it’s like racking it down a comb. You know, you can just hear those things rally up and down. So we just use a hard anodized smooth body on it and a bearing surface inside of that, that slider that’s, uh, that the springs are sliding up and down on. So, um, dead quiet there. So then you say, okay, so how do you adjust that to lift height on it? How do you compress those springs to change your lift height? And that’s just a matter of, we have a tool that just has two holders, a holder at the bottom of the shock and one up on the coil, and then you just sit it on the ground and then as you lift it up, that will hold your spring from, from releasing. So as you lift it up, it actually pulls that top down away and there’s just a bunch of snap ring grooves and you just pull out that snap ring, move it down to the next level, let her back up. You just adjusted your, your, uh, your coil, the coil spring compression, so which gives you the height. So you just need to Jack, uh, what not, probably, well, I guess if you, and you have to lift up the axle, uh, to do the adjustment, right? Well, you’re going to let the axle hang. So on the ground, the springs are compressed. So we slide that on that holds the springs from coming apart. So we don’t have to have a spring compressor. And we, the Jeep just did it. Now we just jack it on the frame and it lets that axle hang and then it just slides down the body to move your coil out. Where you go. So it’s really an easy process. So anything you could use to, to lift the body would do, would be in that. So this really sounds like a driveway type thing that you drive up on a rock for crying out loud, let the other side hang down a bit. And once it’s exposed, you just switch it and get it back up. So, uh, for folks, I don’t know a lot about coilovers, uh, other than they’re very expensive. Um, so, uh, can you, do you have to make a body modifications? Do you have to have a, like a high hoop for the, the coilover or is this something you can put on a stock, a stock Jeep?

[00:37:21:11 – 00:37:52:14]
Yeah, it’s a, we did, uh, the JK version and the JLJT version. So on the JLJT, it’s just a bolt up kit. So, um, you’re going to cut a couple brackets off cause you can do long arms on it, so there’s the, uh, the bolt up long arm section and even the, uh, the top of the spring mount is just a bolded piece that goes on and it fits inside of your body, so it doesn’t get into anything. No cutting or anything like that. The hoop starts to go through the hood. No. It looks cool.

[00:37:53:23 – 00:40:24:18]
It’s hard to do that nowadays cause all the engine components are clear out over the fender wells, you know? Yeah. You start going through the hood and you’re, you just got through drilling through your intake. And so anyway, so yeah, it just bolts up. It’s in there clean. We did them. Our engineers did all this testing. They put a 40 inch tire on there and they’re like, we want to have as big a tire as we can do with as little as lift as possible. So they did 13 inch coilovers, which is all, and we’re using all 13 inches of the travel. So you could have a, uh, Oh, I got 16 inch coilovers. Okay. How much of the traveler are you using? Uh, I dunno. Well, I can only use 10 of it. Yeah, because it’s so long that, you know, you can’t even let it compress all the way. So you lose all your up travel without going through the hood. You know, there’s no way to use that much. So 13 inch was the max that we could get and having a 40 inch tire flex up and down, clearing all the fenders, clearing all the components, not hitting the body, all that kind of stuff, front and rear on it. Um, it’s just, uh, it’s just dialed in. So you, you can put it on any of the, um, little lift things like Corey, he runs that, uh, trailer thing that he does. So you can pull them on there and our, uh, that kid on there always just kills the scores that thing is just bombs. And so it’s, uh, nothing rubs. So it doesn’t hit the spender that this doesn’t make contact. You know, you look all the way around your bump stops are all working. Everything’s dialed. So when you buy the kid, it’s all dialed and your shocks are completely dialed in for the vehicle. So you’re not just buying a coil over that that guy’s running on his ultra four car over there, and now I’m going to buy it and put it on my cheap, you know, and then you have to go have them tuned. Cause they’re so crazy, you know, stiff and you know, they’re out there whooping through the whoops. You got to have something you can deal to deal with on the road. But then we still have our adjustability on them. So you can still soft, medium and firm the things, um, and dial them in for what you’re going to do driving around the road. So yeah, I kept all the drivability on the street. In fact, I think, uh, wind wise and all that and sway and all that with the coil coilovers on there, it was like, I drove it without sway bars for quite a while. And I’m like, God, this is nice. You don’t really need them. And then we threw the sway bars on it and like, okay, sway bars are still nice. I was afraid it was going to give me so much head toss going through, you know, neighborhood curbing cutters and that kind of thing. But no, I just full phone goes through them. You’re like, Oh, okay.

[00:40:25:25 – 00:40:33:26]
You know what, you know what I love about driving a Jeep and even just the one that’s almost stock, uh, speed bumps. Uh, fuck you, speed bump.

[00:40:36:26 – 00:40:53:08]
You’re not the boss of me. So I could, I could well imagine, uh, having, uh, the coilovers, uh, would be really good. I know. Little Johnny’s Jason is small. You don’t want to roll over him, but still it just pisses me off. It’s true though.

[00:40:54:19 – 00:41:01:13]
Bum, bum, we’re just all boom. Oh man. Full size pickups going up there. You know, 20, 30 miles an hour.

[00:41:02:21 – 00:41:19:05]
It takes office. It’s like, give me a break, man. I can do that in a full size pickup easy, but you know, people, people don’t know. So, uh, tell people that don’t know, cause we have a lot of newbies. What are the coal overs for? Why do you put call overs on a Jeep?

[00:41:20:23 – 00:41:22:27]
Number one, they look really cool. Oh, absolutely.

[00:41:24:08 – 00:41:27:15]
What the hell is that thing? Let’s get that out of the way.

[00:41:29:04 – 00:43:00:24]
But the, I think that the big reason is, uh, a normal, normal shock suspensions going to give you a, you know, nine somewhere in there, inches of travel on the shock and these things are 13 right out of the box. But the other thing it does is it lets you have, everybody talks about dual rate Springs will do rate Springs are kind of a, you know, that’s a whole nother story, but these guys are true dual rate because you run on that soft one until it goes to full coil by and full compression, then it transitions to that heavier spring. So you, you have 100%, you know, you’re using the soft one. And once you go to coil bind, it pushes it past a stop. And now you’re running off the bottom. So you can, you can definitely get a better ride out of it, you know, cause you can have that softer coil and still have your, your, your heavier coil to stop that bottoming out or loaded or all those kinds of things. So, um, so there’s stability of it, the, uh, the spring tuning, the ability to adjust your lift height real easy. Um, what else, uh, mounting, you know, a lot of times we use coilovers cause you do just stretched our, like on my LJ, I stretched the suspension for so far, there weren’t any spring buckets anymore. So it’s just way easier to put a coil over on there. That’s the whole upper half of your, your, uh, suspension on the things. So you don’t have to, you just go from the axle to the body and that’s it. There’s your suspension and shock. So it makes it a lot easier for mounting.

[00:43:01:27 – 00:44:32:29]
Yeah, that’s right. You don’t have to put a suspension lift, uh, when you’re using coilovers. Is that right? Yeah. The call overs actually do the, the, the lifting of the body. Yeah. Nurdle brackets. We have our, our, our speed bumps. You know, we talked about those that, but like an air bump, but it’s not an air bump. It’s made microcellular foam inside of it. So it’s just a bump stop. We actually, uh, increase the pressure in those with a preload in it. And those are part of the bracket when it goes on. So you have the bump stops built into it. The coilovers are all there. The brackets are there. Um, yeah, it’s my setup. And also too, and I think you alluded to this earlier, especially with the testing platform where you, you twist the, the suspension, uh, the, the call overs give you more flex so that you, if you’re off road, especially like in the rocks, it couldn’t, it may be rights because you could be in the mud and going through some deep rights that some, uh, uh, some asshole and 54 is in full size, blah, blah, blah, the Doug Doug, some nice trenches in there. So, uh, th th that allows you to get more flex so that you can continue on and, uh, have the actual droop down on one side further than what it normally would. And, uh, potentially higher, depending on bump stop and fenders and things are getting away, so flex tires on the ground. That’s the whole idea with it. Flex thing. Non Bronco is on the ground is just traction. Yeah. I don’t let you, yeah, it’s hard ability. It’s hard to move if you, if you don’t have traction. All right. So we’ve, we’ve found that out.

[00:44:34:18 – 00:45:14:05]
All right. So, uh, oh, and the other thing I was going to ask you is, uh, so I think most people don’t do this to daily drivers, but you could do this, you could put coilovers on your daily driver and it sounds like there wouldn’t be, you wouldn’t be punished, you wouldn’t be punished for it for comfort and so on. So forth. Cut coilovers on the three 92 guys are putting them on right and left. We’re selling bunches up to the three 92 guys. Cause they like, number one, they like our long arm suspension. Because it’s, it’s set up a little different than most of them. It’s set up so that you don’t get that twist and that body lift on a heart acceleration, it just launches flat. That would be very helpful for a three 92.

[00:45:15:29 – 00:45:23:17]
Yeah. Have you guys had any issues? Have you guys had any issues with the three 92 and the torque that it puts out on, on how you build the components?

[00:45:24:25 – 00:45:56:12]
No, cause we actually, uh, you know, America’s most wanted, right? Those guys that do all the motor swaps and stuff. Um, we actually did a set of, um, uh, of a Falcon coilover Falcon just tune shocks even for his builds. Um, where the idea was is to get more rebounding it so that it doesn’t let the thing lift as hard cause he’s putting ridiculous motors in them. And God bless him. In the world of EV mandates. God bless him.

[00:45:58:04 – 00:46:25:06]
Yeah. Yeah. It’s a, it’s pretty cool. He’s moved into that new building and it’s impressive. Oh, good Lord. I think I made comment on one of their posts that they need to have a paper airplane contest and therefore they start filling it up with Jeeps because that’d be a great place to launch paper airplanes. Yeah. It was very cool. Yeah. Um, all right. So, uh, what’s going on with you? Uh, you’ve been with TerraFlex a really long time. Uh, is it, are you getting close to retirement?

[00:46:26:11 – 00:47:18:27]
Around 22 years, I guess, uh, coming up in, well now December, duh. Yeah. So I just did that. I just took my 22nd year here, which is pretty cool. You know, I’m. Was excited about that. And that that’s what I always get around here. So what are you going to do? And I’m like, you know what? If I wasn’t doing this, I’d be, I’d be going to events and hanging with the same people, same things. I’d be going wheeling with them. Cause I still like, you’ve been doing this so long. But on your days off, you go wheeling in your, in your LJ. I’m like, yeah, you know, I, you know, what can I say? I don’t know. I guess I’m pretty shallow. I really know. No, this is all the way I look at this is so I can, I can retire and do pay for all this myself, or I can just keep doing what I’m doing and have the same fun and have somebody else pay for it. I was avoiding saying that, but yes.

[00:47:21:08 – 00:47:36:08]
So there’s really no reason. So I think it’s great. I mean, uh, you obviously know your stuff. Uh, how involved are you in the, the creation of a product that would, uh, I’m sure that you’re, you’re, you’re involved from the bitching about it. Uh, standpoint. Yeah.

[00:47:37:25 – 00:47:41:21]
So first that, no, we all fix it. Damn it.

[00:47:43:29 – 00:48:41:25]
Yeah. There’s probably some of that for sure. But yeah, no, we’re, uh, we’re it’s, it’s because there’s a lot of enthusiasts working here. We have a, we have meetings, you know, product development meetings, and we’ll all sit down there and talk about it. You know, like we’re going, I knew we have your axle coming your way. That’s a, you know, we need to do this and that, but we need to make sure the hubs are in closer to one of the, you know, things that in the past we’d like to have improved do that. We want to do a low pinion so they can handle the horsepower because everybody’s getting more and more horsepower. So just little things like that are all fed in. And then, um, you know, even the hike, these ball joints, you know, they were, they were working on that. But when I bring my LJ in, it’s all, we all fell off and everything. They’re all like engineers are all coming around and going, Oh my gosh, you know, this is legit concern people. Did you start, did you start with, I’m having a flop, a floppy issue that grabs their attention and you go, no, I’m talking about the Jeep.

[00:48:42:27 – 00:50:11:06]
That’s, that’s all I would, I would hate to have the whole thing come off. Uh, that’s all right. Everybody, everybody on the audience that watches us all the time, he got, they got it immediately. Um, so, uh, that that’s a horrendous thing to go through. And, uh, I mean, that would be horrible because you’re looking at it going, I’m not recovering from this. I got to call people. I need help. Uh, so yeah, it’s easily fixable, but you know, it’s right there on the trail. No, I mean, there’s no trail fix for that. Well, how are you going to get it on the trailer? You know, cause your axle is just full on drooped out. There’s no tire on it anymore. So that actual is just hanging down there. So we backed it on, you know, like drove it as far as I could and just kind of dragging the axle, but once you get to the trailer, you got to get, lift that axle up to get it on the trailer. Well, I had a, uh, you know, a two by six, I guess, or four by four, I guess it was about a six inch four by four. So I just jabbed in against the trailer and then put the axle against it and then drug it and that kind of lifted it up and then deposited it on my trailer. But the ball from the ball joint was still there. So that of course dropped through my trailer and took out the board and slammed down, so you got to have more damage as long as you’re doing it. And you know, were you able to save that axle or did you have to replace the whole axle? No, it was just ball joints. Yeah.

[00:50:12:10 – 00:50:18:23]
So yeah, I remember when it broke, I just like just was giving it a little bump to just go over this thing.

[00:50:21:01 – 00:51:04:02]
Oh, shoot. You know, and it only rotated far enough for the Cal or break caliper to come around to the other side and even break a break line. Nice. Yeah. So, I mean, that’s the way you learn things. And of course that experience leads to new products. You’re, you’re actually, uh, an advantage of that. Cause you can, you have people that you can talk to and say, this is the issue. And then you guys came up with those ball joints. Well, that’s really cool. Well, I hope you don’t retire. Cause we needed to get at least 30 more interviews with you. Not that, not that you couldn’t retire and still be interviewed. Uh, but, uh, this, this, this better. Oh, I was going to ask you real quick here before we wrap up, uh, SEMA, how was SEMA this year? Did it, uh, did you, did you see a lot of people out there? Uh, was it, uh, was it very GP?

[00:51:05:13 – 00:51:41:10]
Yeah. There’s a, they had their fair share of them and the, they did the off-road halls clear the other end of the, of the whole thing, the West Hall now used to be in the South Hall, so they moved it all the way over. I got to go over there. Our, we were in the Hoonigan booth, which was that Bernyard thing and all that they had out there, so they just had a bunch of cars and then they were just melting tires off twice a day. Well, fortunately we were right next to it. So we were able to experience the thrill of tires melting down. Yeah. You’re, you’re blowing your nose and you’re one of all that black stuff is coming out of your nose. You’re going, Oh yeah.

[00:51:42:10 – 00:52:34:05]
I don’t know how people sitting in the stands, the smoke from the tires and then you see the smoke change color and you’re like, Oh, that guy caught fire. Oh, they’ve picked a new Pope. Yeah. And I was like, let’s see what you’re saying. So, but yeah, it’s a, you know, see, man, if you’ve been there a few times, you know, maybe 15, you’re like, okay, it’s probably not quite the, uh, everybody should see it once though. I always, I always walk through it. It’s just, you know, you just, you’re, I’m tired of walking past McLarens. You know, is there some other car we could walk, you know, it’s just like, you just, it’s like Disney world or something. You just get numbed out after a while. They need to have one that’s just Jeeps. I mean, it doesn’t have to be SEMA, the regular SEMA thing, but they need to have a SEMA or a Jeep SEMA where it’s just all Jeeps.

[00:52:35:11 – 00:52:40:00]
I, you know, I mean, of course I’m a Jeep person. I mean, fast cars are nice, but

[00:52:41:24 – 00:53:15:17]
there’s so many that, that place is so big that there’s just no way they could, you know, make it feasible. I bet you, I bet you they could fill it up with Jeeps. Yeah. All right. Well, how was Friday when the, the, the, and I haven’t been since they started letting the public in on Friday. Where’s, was there shenanigans for people that were let in on Fridays? No, it was, it wasn’t that bad really. They, they were charging them. Got a hundred bucks or something to come in. So it wasn’t like you were getting a bunch of rear craft. Yeah. So the trailer, the trailer part people weren’t in there is what you’re saying.

[00:53:17:11 – 00:53:40:27]
No, they wouldn’t let us in. Got a $150,000 Jeep and then a mobile home. It’s kind of like the bass boat joke, you know, or $50,000 bass boat, bass boat next to the trailer. All right. So you know how the kids love the social media. They like seeing the pictures. I’m one of those people. I like seeing pictures. I don’t need to read a bunch of stuff. Uh, how can they, how can they find you and, uh, TerraFlex on, on the social media?

[00:53:41:27 – 00:53:52:15]
Yeah. Well, I’m just Dennis Wood on there, but, uh, TerraFlex suspensions, all one word for Facebook and, uh, TerraFlex suspension two word on, uh, Instagram,

[00:53:53:18 – 00:56:02:10]
uh, YouTube is TerraFlex suspensions on that one. So, um, I think we’re going to, we did the tick tock thing for a while. I think we might start it back up for just a little, throw a little shorts at it, you know, tic-tacs. Well, that’s tick tock, you know, so that’s. Yeah. I always call, I always call the tic-tac that makes me sound old. Uh, so, oh, and you guys have a giveaway going on right now, right? For, for Christmas. Oh yeah. Yeah. So coming up for Christmas. So my dates, right? So we got, uh, we always do our Christmas giveaway, you know, and we always do our little Christmas videos, so we got another one of those we’re putting together, but looks like probably about the 17th. We’ll do our first announcement and, uh, for a giveaway, then we’ll go to the 19th, give that one away and then announce a new one. So we’re going to do three days of giveaways. So we’ll get bigger as they go until the last day on the, uh, 22nd one announce it so that they don’t have to wait clear till Christmas, you know, they can get to what they won before. So anyways, yeah, three days of prizes going out. And, um, so yeah, that’ll be, uh, we have some, we’re just looking over what we wanted to give away this year. And I think we might do a few of the days with, with more prizes for, so maybe three people can win on that day, you know, and then have a big one for the last guy. But so yeah, we’ll have some, we always have good prizes. Oh yeah. Well, you guys have great products and I think, uh, everybody knows about Terra flex. Maybe you have bought anything from Terra flex. I think a good thing to do would be to have a really close look at those ball joints, uh, ball joints can be very irritating. It’s steering, uh, a bunch of it makes the Jeep do a bunch of weird things. If you don’t have a new good ball joints and it sounds like, uh, uh, this is going to be a good way to go. Dennis, thank you so much for being with us. Oh, we really appreciate it. And I appreciate you coming back time and time again. And, uh, I’m sure we’ll talk to you guys. It’s fun. Sure. We’re talking. Sure. We’ll be talking to you again. We got to make it, uh, sooner than a year though. I didn’t realize it had been a year. Um, so anyway, have a great day and thank you again.

[00:56:03:10 – 00:56:03:26]
Thank you.

[00:56:05:16 – 00:56:07:13]
You’re my friend, you’re my new friend.
