JPP New Upgraded 2-inch Lift Kit
Jeep® Performance Parts Announces New Upgraded 2-inch Lift Kit Featuring Bilstein Shocks
Jeep® is taking its legendary 4×4 capability to a higher level for current Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles with an upgraded Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) 2-inch lift kit from Mopar that includes specially tuned Bilstein 46-millimeter monotube shocks with remote reservoirs.
The new Bilstein shocks complement increased ground clearance and larger wheels and tires by offering consistent, fade-free performance in all conditions. In addition, a self-adjusting, deflective-disc valve reacts instantly to surface changes, giving the driver maximum control.
Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity for greater heat dissipation, while a unique swivel banjo fitting allows for a 360-degree rotation of the flex hose for direct fitment while protecting the reservoir oil line from contact. The new bolt-on JPP lift kit is easily installed in stock mounting locations with no extra drilling needed.

Included in the new JPP lift kit are four springs, four Bilstein shocks with remote reservoirs, front lower control arms, front and rear stabilizer links, front and rear bump stops, assorted fasteners, and the JPP badge. The kit is specially packed in a custom, reusable wooden crate branded with the JPP logo.

If you’re on the trail and you break off a track bar mount, possibly axle housing, or a number of other trail-related breakdowns. Now you could break out the ratchet straps and baling wire, or you could get out your trail welder and re-attach your brackets, or possibly put an axle housing back together.
Today we are going to look at a couple of the more popular Trail welders, and some of the benefits they offer.
Two of them are mig welders. And one of them is a stick welder with an option for mig welding and running power tools.
First, we have the

internal battery that will weld about 36-60″ inches of bead up to 15-20 minutes of trigger time, depending on the thickness of the material being welded, wire thickness, wire speed, or distance from the material.
You can charge it using a 12-volt charger that plugs into the power port of your vehicle, or you can use a standard 110-volt charger.
The Bun trail welder:
It is a MIG welder that is all contained in a spool gun. It takes a 2-pound spool of flux core mig wire.
Now it takes (2) 12v batteries in series to get you to 24 volts also.
Now this welder is portable, but you do need to carry 2 batteries.
I have this welder and have made several welds using it without any show of draining the batteries. This welder also has a unique attachment for the next trail welder.
The Premier power welder.
Now this a Stick welder, it doesn’t use batteries like the other welders. It uses a custom alternator that can run your vehicle and be used to run your welder.
It uses a control box that switches you from charging to welding. Your leads plug into the control box, and by adjusting your engine rpm, you can get more amperage. That allows you to use different welding rods for what you want to weld.
Now the premier power welder is attached to a vehicle. It has a couple of handy and cool attachments.
You can get the bun trail welder that plugs into the premier welder. That’s good if you’re not comfortable with stick welding. You can use the spool gun to do your welding without the batteries, you can also plug DC power tools into the control box. So you dc grinders or anything you want to plug into it you can. As long as it runs on DC. Not AC.
All three of these welders have a lot of unique features and will get you off the trail. Should you need to weld something back together. The portability of the carnage and the fun while there is unique. What is the runtime of the premier power welder is definitely a big plus.
It really comes down to how prepared you want to be. I currently have the Buntrailwelder and would like to move up to the premier power welder someday. It would be fun to have all three of these welders and do a weld-off on the trail to see what the prices of the minuses are, so what are you guys think?
